Inquiry and Mindfulness
As well as offering counselling therapy, I can also offer sessions to use the tool of Inquiry to explore your lived experience, and start or refine a mindfulness practice. This could be a therapeutic process, or simply to deepen into, explore, enrich and expand into life.

I have extensive experience practicing meditation and mindfulness; after sitting my first retreat in 1999, I began to practice with sustained commitment in the Insight Meditation tradition in 2003. This has included extensive periods on silent personal retreat (including twice undertaking a 3-month silent retreat).
I have also been a student of the Diamond Approach since 2017, which utilizes Inquiry as a primary practice. Being a student involves attending retreats twice a year as well as working regularly with a Diamond Approach teacher.
I share my understanding of these practices as a way of further exploring well-being, spiritual practice and living a whole-hearted life. Mindfulness and Inquiry compliment therapy work well, and overlap in all sorts of ways.
